Cleaned it up and rode 250 mi with some work friends. I'm digging the new Jackpot 2/1/2 header I installed yesterday! Fuel Moto is kickin out some good products and service!

Installed the Brukus saddlebag secure kit; replaces the clevis pins which had started to spread:

I also added Polyfill to the CVO speaker boxes in my fairing lowers to help with the sound.
Last week-end I relocated the rider headset connector from the gas tank location provided in the Boom Audio Music and Intercom kit, p/n 77108-09, to the new mid-frame air deflectors (left side) that I installed just for this purpose.

Thanks for purchasing the SaddlebagSecure. We've been selling this product for over a year and just yesterday I decided to see just how easy it was to get the bags off with the Harley quick release system. I knew it was supposed to be easy and had police testimony to that effect - but had never tried it because I didn't want to mess up my bike or bags. Well, I decided to see and figured I'd stop if it was going to hurt anything. I first tried it with a long screw driver. My first try it took me about 30-45 seconds on one pin and the pin and clasp were then broken. It wasn't hard, I just didn't know what I was doing.
I realized that I could actually do the same thing with a pair of long-nosed pliers without even breaking the clasp and the 1st time I tried with that it took me SIX SECONDS. We then decided to make up a video so bikers would understand how important it is to secure their bags. It's actually pretty disturbing that it's this simple and quick for someone to walk off with the bags. The video was my 3rd time doing this and I am NOT a thief. So be glad you got your SaddlebagSecure!
