Replace the oil in the rear shocks. Used Amsoil 10wt. The only thing is, why didn't I do this sooner. Easy to do, took about an hour. I used the mitty vac to suck out the old oil and to put in the new.

Replaced my fairing brackets since they broke. Parts guys at dealership didn't have to think about the part or the price. Maybe that's a clue that they go through too many and might need to make a change to start with. Easy fix and it's snug as it should be now.

Just got the bike back today from getting a dyno tune with HPI 54mm TB installed along with Race Tech front end kit. I then took some time to install some Progressive 440 shocks, Truck-Lite phase 6 spotlights/french trim rings and my Mustang solo seat/backrest. It was a good day

Default Not today..but this week,,

Monday I installed the Nightrider X-iEDs I ordered. Spent the week researching alternatives to using Syn3...and having the dealer do the service. Decided on Mobil 1 VTwin Synthetic with a K&N oil filter. Gonna do the 1k service myself on my '13 RK. Thats for Saturday. Also been researching new/different handlebars. Think I've settled on the Heritage Stye bars...so may look for those this weekend too!
So far I've de-catted the headpipe, added Rush Slipons an Arlen Ness Big Sucker, Avon grips and Sundowner seat...and X-iEDs as mentioned.
The fun never stops...eh?!

I took the stock mufflers off my 07 Road King and put on a set of Rinehart's. I got the 4 inch ones with the black end caps. Dealer cost was going to be right at $700, plus another $35 to put them on. I got a set on line for $520 with free shipping and put them on myself. Saved over $200 and it only took about an hour. The old left muffler was a pain to get off, other wise it would have been a 30 minute job. Looks good and sounds great. Maybe more HP and torque too? I am very happy with them
