Put the 10 Ultra up on a HF high lift removed the wheels and put new tires on. It needed them at over 22K.
While it was up on the lift I completely detailed it for the first time. The engine and every area that I could get into then waxed it. Should be good for another three years.
Got it back onto the ground and will install the fancier hinges for the trunk.

I had her in pieces most of December. First was the aux hard wire in mod. That one cost about $2.50 for 2 grommets. Scary but it works fine. After that was the big one: Fuel Moto X pipe, Jackpot mufflers and micro tuner. I finally got a break in the weather if you can call 37 and overcast a break. I have a 24 mile commute to work. I did that yesterday and today. So far i'm very happy. It is louder than expected but I can live with it. Seems to have much more torque in the 1500-2500 rpm range. She's back in the garage for post shakedown inspection this weekend.

Mocked up the Custom Valley rear fender. Still trying to science out the Ducati rear wheel swap, starting to order parts for that. Still trying to get swingarm out, wish builder of this thing had used more never seize on the pivot shaft!
