Finally found a deal on a intake kit. I picked up a Arlen Ness Big Sucker Stage 1 from Parts Giant for the 20RKS. I have a chrome one coming from Dennis Kirk for the 16SGS which was also on discount.

Removed this and installed....

Mine weren't that bad. I could still see tread lines, but thats about all they were, is lines, lol. My rear brake pades were thinner than a butter knife blade though.

Traded in my 2016 Slim S and rode this home yesterday. Got the first 100 miles of the break-in knocked out today and have absolutely no regrets with moving up to a street glide. I love the look and feel of this bike!

I swapped the chrome trim ring from the useless air temp gauge to my new oil temp gauge.
Can’t really do anything else until I get some painted parts in hand.

saw a RG Anniversary today with black 7 spoke wheels and the tank badge removed. This has to be the sharpest red paint I’ve ever seen,enjoy the miles.
