Decided to mount my Ohlins 044 reservoirs to my SBC saddlebag guard.
And didn’t have to spend $250.00 for the clamp they sell.
Krause wants $450.00for his, Stupid $

 

Probably a stupid question, but has anyone with a 2013 or older bike found a way to freshen up the SPKR, SPOT, ACC & CRUISE switches?
While I’ve got the fairing apart, I’d like to renew them if possible.
I’d replace them if A- They weren’t $60 each B- They were available.
Even used switches are fetching a more than premium price.

I was considering these mounts from SBC myself. They look good on there.

 

These are not Sbc mounts, I wasn’t going to pay $250.00.
These are just some clamps I had laying around.

Been there done that with my old 357 Ohlins.

Added this tonight after grabbing it from the July 4th sale from Revzilla. Have to wait for the Permatex gasket sealer to cure since I have the DK Customs breather bypass installed. Test ride maybe this weekend if the damn rain holds off. Riding in the rain is not my favorite ride. 🤜🏼

Just picked up replacement master cylinder and clutch brackets, along w/ a Rockford Fosgate radio for the rebuild.



CVO-style bag lids for 6x9’s arrived earlier today, along with a few other boxes of odds & ends.
Aside from the pain & discomfort I’ve experienced, this is going to work out nicely.
Although… I don’t recommend getting hit on the freeway as a means to get upgrades for your bike.
