What did you do to your bagger today?
I went ahead and ordered the K&N,it came in this week and I installed it this morning. Pretty straightforward but there was one minor hiccup, the hole for the breather hose to go through into the filter was too tight and the hose wouldn't go in no matter what I tried. I took the old filter in hand and it slid right in,so what to do?
I went to my drill index and found a bit that just fit the old one then carefully by hand used it to ream the hole in the new one It was tight enough in the old one that it wouldn't just slide in ,I had to turn it and kind of screw it in but it did so without removing any material so I knew it would still seal well in the new one. It's plastic and it was really close to the same size so it wasn't hard to do by hand,I didn't want to use a drill trying to avoid getting any material inside the filter so I did it by hand holding it so the hole faced to the ground then carefully blew out the inside to make sure there was nothing left in there.
The hose was still a little tight (a good thing) but it went in and I finished up the swap easy peasy.

Told myself when I got this bike I wasn't going to do much to it, just leave it stock and reliable so I haven't looked into any mods.
Well the breather mod is diverting the oily crankcase breather air to the atmosphere instead of depositing it on your piston heads which can cause issues down the road. Your call and I understand wanting to keep things stock but a few things HD does can be detrimental.

Found this air cleaner used on eBay...installed it today and corrected the settings on the Fuelpak that came on the bike.

Wasn't sure if these new motors would do that without issues,it doesn't seem to get much oil in there from what I could see.
Might be more of an issue on the bigger or modded engines, mine is a 107 bone stock.
Wow looks like along with a power increase he smoothed out the delivery as well. Money well spent.
I just picked up mine from local indy shop. Got brakes and clutch fluids flushed. Way over due. Got out the door for $231. Almost half the dealer quote. He even cleaned the windshield and put some inner fairing treatment on it.
