Finally got the security system put on and installed the Radio Shack siren mod. I put 2 sirens on it. Why not.

how did you accomplish no gap? Put the trim ring on mine and have an uneven gap all the way around it.

Installed 4 point docking hardware kit, detachable sissy bar, highway pegs, and LRS 19" dark tint windshield. Also bought the HD overnight bag. Looking forward to Ocean City next month!

Default Speakers and Seat

Since it was pouring rain, decided it was a good time to replace my stock speakers. Purchased a set of Polk Audio MM651, 61/2" speakers, off ebay.
Once installed I was happy with the clarity but not impressed by volume....so
called local stereo shop and they had a mini alpine amp for $165....sold!

I am not much of a electrical guy but it was actually not that hard to install!
Turned it on and WOW!!! Now I am impressed! Riding down the highway is going to be rockin!

Also installed a Danny Gray weekday 2up xl seat, has the flame job, alligator insert, color not exact match to stock paint but.....that will change some day!

Replaced a cracked rear header pipe after putting 63k miles on it.

I suppose that is pretty good wear. maybe.

My First tourer and must say pretty impressed in my new 2012 FLHX Denim Black!
I have 4 point docking hardware rack and sissy bar to fit and auxillary lights have been ordered and manuals etc.
What a great bike makes my 2008 streetbob ride feel prehistoric!!!!
