Nice catch. Missed that. Here in Kalifornia, that would cost a bit of back fees and penalty.

That pic is old he keeps everything up to date tag and yearly state inspection wise. He also has the HD service contract so all fluid changes and required maintenance is done by the dealer.

Swapped out the stock headlight for an Eagle Gen III headlight. Low beam looks about the same on the light on the garage wall check, but high beam is a huge difference. Can't wait to get the bike out after dark to really get a look at the difference. Now I have to change out the other lights to match.

Before you take it out in traffic, I highly recommend you ensure the alignment is correct. Keep in mind the alignment procedure between LED and halogen differs slightly due to the LED's distinct cutoff line.

Congrats on the hard work it feels good to wrench on your own cicle. I couldn't open the file but I can imagine how it sounds.

I wanted an adjustable shift linkage rather than the stock Harley or the non-adjustable Arlen Ness. I found this. I did ask them to remove the USMC from the handle. Kinda looks like a Ka-Bar. Ordered from here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/30477216840...9136742ef6c0fc

This is mine.

And then I cleaned the bike!

That's different. Why remove the USMC are you not a Marine based on your derby cover with the globe and anchor? Or is that not your scoot? Just curious.
