Well….not sure if it has to do anything with my weight….I’m only 125lbs. And also my expectations are very high for suspension….I really like plush suspension like Indians have.
Thinking about adding this 2016 Street Glide Special to the corral with the 2 Road Kings. It belongs to a buddy who's in his mid 70's and rides a Triglide all the time. The SGS was purchased new by him and has around 3k miles, all stock except for a mechanical reverse, adjustable rider backrest, highway pegs, and a taller windshield. He also has 2 other windshields. Asking price is 18k.
Finally pulled the buffer and compound out to fix a few scuffs and such on the fairing and bag tops.
It wouldn't win any trophies, but its better than it was before I polished it.

Sick part of these prices is, I sold my '07 sporty for $4100 in Feb of 2020, when I bought my Ultra. Was a fair price then. Now I would have to cough up cash if I traded my Ultra in for say a 2018 Sporty. They are asking around 13k for a '18 1200. Would not mind adding a sporty back to the stable, but not at current prices.
