Be that as it may, that's not my motorcycle and I don't make those decisions. I'll just install whatever she buys. You talk to her enough, convincer her lol.

My Saddlemen Dominator seat came in yesterday, will run it solo most of the time but did get the touring pillion, not a fan of the looks of the pillion but it won't be on much. Just got back from a 1.5 hour ride, some hwy. and some back roads and it is really comfortable even though they say it will take some break in time.

Default Cool flow fan

Added a cool flow fan to my 06 Ultra today.
Its not by design but it works and moves air.
Also hurt my wife’s feelings by adding a Kuryakyn
Adjustable tour pack plate.
Now she thinks she’s fat.

Cool flow fan only part#

Did a weight reduction. Removed the stock head pipe and TAB Performance BAM Stick with Zombie baffles for this Trask Assault 2:1 and a PV tune from FM. The sound is incredible over the stock components.

Assembled my jack. Raised the bike. Took off the stock suspension. Raised it a little more, and tried to fit a Legend Revo-A. Hmm, more? Raised it a little more. No difference. Checked the right side and... doh, it doesn't clear the exhaust. The wheel won't come down low enough to install the 13" Legends, and even if I took off the exhaust and installed it, as soon as I go over any sizeable bump and the rear shocks extend it's going to hit the exhaust. I could rotate the exhaust, but probably not enough to fully clear. Reinstalled the stock shocks.

What to do? I could space out the exhaust, but then the stretched bags won't fit...
I can't be the first to run into this...

(Also posting to the exhaust forum, apologies for the cross post.)

I ran into this issue with my 13" Ohlins. During normal riding, even rough riding, I've not once hit the exhaust. To install the shocks the first time though, I removed the mufflers to make it easier to access the bolts.
