translates to 16 mpg imperial gallon vs 11 mpg us gallon

This weekend my scoot was in total pieces! Added 14" Dominator Industries Meathooks, Soundstream Head Unit, and 4" Rhinehart Slip-ons & Screaming Eagle Air Cleaner..

Sound Stream Reserve HDHU.14

So you were running these numbers previously?? Pretty horrible if so.
Metric: 11.8 L/100km (or 8.5 km/L)
Imperial: 24 miles/UK gal
US: 20 miles/US gal

Does the Sounstream have NAV? My buddy wants to ditch his 6.5 Boom and go aftermarket.
You will love the 4" Rineharts, they sound awesome!
