Similar to when I bought my Road King back in 2016. I live in Oklahoma but was in Virginia for work. I had been looking for a while and had decided I was going to a 2014 or newer Road King. I stopped by a dealer “just to look”, and an hour later I was signing papers and calling my bank to send a check.

The ride home included Skyline Drive, Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Pig Trail over 5 days.

I ride at least 2/3 destination trips a year. My longest was last year 23 day, I didn’t want to go home LOL.
I have never taken video of the twisting roads, etc while riding. My son has a GpPro 9 Black. I purchased a very cool mounting system from RickRak. I’m going on 7 day ride in a few weeks and I’m going to try this out.

Yes camera angle needs to be adjusted.

That looks perfect! Good videos are priceless. My HERO10 black has that motion stabilizer, works excellent. Think the 9 does too?

Yes it does but I wish the 9 had the same processor as your 10. If I dig this, I’ll probably up grade .

Thumbs up Test ride

I took my baby, a 1997 Ultra out for a 50mi test ride today after putting in a new cam ,breather , lifters, pushrods , with all the fixins. I bought some tools I needed but that's ok, I never mind buying tools I don't have. She runs beautiful! Got home then changed oil and filter. I also got new tires and brakes last fall. I'm looking forward to some good riding this season. I did the mechanical work myself with a lot of advice from some of you on this forum. Thank you muchly!

Finally finished adding the Rinehart Slimline Duals to convert the entire exhaust to Rinehart (already had the DBX40 slipons).

Also completed my Super Shox install after having to send one back for an issue.

Can't wait to take the bike out tomorrow for a ride.

Installed the Hogtunes kit with the 220 watt amp. There are bigger and better set ups out there but this is all I need. I'm actually impressed with the sound. Much better than the stock stuff. Even cranked wide open the music is nice and clear. I have heard some folks complain about this set up but I don't know why, I'm more than happy.
