By chance have you seen the reverse system that replaces your rear pulley with a mechanical pulley. You press a button which engages the gears in the pulley . You use first gear to go in reverse.

What I need is for HD to adapt their adaptive ride height on the PA Special, to an adaptive leg length, so when I stop, my legs extend 1.5" instead of lowering the bike.

This purchase combined 3 of my favorite things:
1. Getting a cool new toy.
2. The adventure. I'm adding 4 new states to the list of places I've ridden.
3.Getting a fantastic deal!

If you are in the market for a new bike, be patient, search local, then nationwide, and be ready to jump on a deal.
That's what happened with mine. I started my search radius between Dallas, Denver, and Phoenix. I would have loved to have scored a great deal that close, just couldn't find the one. I waited and searched the HD forums, craigslist, cycle trader, and FB marketplace nationwide and finally found it. When I did, I bought my plane ticket and hauled *** before he could change his mind or sell it to someone else for more money.

Oh, and today I rode from Washington to Twin Falls Idaho. Incredible ride. The Washington Oregon state line on the Hood River was amazing!

well done sir. It sounds like you got a good bike at a great deal, and now you get a very nice ride home, through some of this great country.

That is a win!

Ride safe.

That sounds fantastic Nardy! I love the Pacific Northwest. Spent a lot of time out there when I drove a semi! Even conquered Mt Hood in 1999!

Started adding Custom Dynamics lighting to my new Street Glide. These Genesis LED inserts are super bright! Makes the headlight look sick...
