What did you do to your bagger today?
Changed my rear brake pads, and am in the process of swapping my 1 3/4" Fullsac cores in my Screaming Eagles, to 2" Fullsac cores. A little cutting and welding is in order.

Day 4 of installing my Motor Trike Reverse Gear kit (MTTR-0023)

Pro tips:
If your 18 y.o. son is helping, supervise closely.
Don't do it in the driveway on a Sunday night. Do it when stores are open (Impact wrench, 28,mmm socket, tap)
The mainshaft and countershaft nuts are 28mm and require an impact wrench. Stand on the rear brake to keep them from spinning.
When you bore the holes in the mainshaft, keep it from wandering toward the outside of the gear. if the bore is not parallel to the shaft, the pin will bottom out prematurely.
When you don't do the above, make sure you have a 5/16-24 die and tap handy to fix the threads you just f'ed up.
The "recommended tools" are actually "required tools"

Me too! Along with the HUGE Ness deep cut floorboards I'm a very happy rider with feet!
I used my bike as a test vehicle. Not for the bike, for me. I was testing my new Sedici brand evap cooling vest.
So according to the instructions, I soaked it two min in water, and blotted it dry, sort of. Heavy as all get out. Instructions said, "two min, or untill desired weight is reached"?). How the heck do I know its desired weight? So we dripped our way to the garage, opened it up, walked out and opened our gate. By the time I got to the bike, I was cold. Now bear in mind, a high of 79* is probably NOT the ideal testing temp. Decided to ride to Paso Robles, about a 40 mile ride from home, and see how it felt. I was very near shivering. Very cold. Temp 77*. Then back to 79*, still looking for an 80 something, not happening for a few more days yet.
Stopped at McDonalds for a Coke, and realized it looked like I had peed my pants, front and back. Not good. Obviously, it was not "blotted dry" enough, or soaked too long, or both, laid it over the tourpak to dry, and my jacket over my seat. I wanted to dry the pants, but figured some folks might find that offensive.
After 20 min, I donned the jacket and vest, and headed a little further north for cheaper gas, before heading back south. Gassed up, and rode the 45 miles to home, only to find I was wetter then before. Now I think this thing is peeing on me.
I am going to give it one more try, soaked for one min, and dried off a lot more, before returning the Sedici wet suit,
On another note, since I JUST had my calipers off changing tires, and noting I had 2-3mm of brake pads left, the rear now has thst telltale squeal, that says, "I am on the warning pad", of course, so now I need to get rear pads on before my July trip. I thought about just replacing them, now I know I should have. Live and learn.
Rode 95 miles to come home to s wet wallet, wet phone, and wet butt.

Rode my first miles in the rain on my new bike.
Got the 1000 mile service done (at 1500 miles, they couldn't fit me in earlier).
Scheduled the 5000 mile service for the end of July.
Ordered a set of saddlebag wall organizers.
Received the Oberon adjustable levers. Will get those put on at the next service.
I'm expecting the cylinder head medallions and horn cover insert will have arrived at that time as well.
New tank badges are expected early August.
