Thanks for sharing. May I ask what are Yaffes? Do they have anything shorter... perhaps 8s? I am 05-02". Did you have to make any special mods to the ignition or control panel?

Paul Yaffe bars. Yes they make 8s. No weirdness on the install. Pulling the wires through was the biggest pain. YouTube is your friend with the install.

Bought these slick little plugs for the mirrors. The stock mirrors are worthless with 10s. Your hands sit right in front.

Thank you! I appreciate your input. Congratulations on your Street Glide! Looks like you didn't mess around on going big for your first HD

Amazicha Black 7" Wave Windshield Windscreen Compatible for 2014-2020 Harley Davidson Touring Street Glide/Electra Glide/Ultra Limited/Tri Glide FLHT FLHX FLHXS FLHTK.

Cost me a whopping $26 bucks off amazon. I also ordered a 6 and 10" cheapo to play with. Game plan is to get an idea of which height I like then pickup a more expensive name brand Klock Werks etc. Already send back the 6" as it was to low for me. This 7 is actually not that bad and looks great. Would make for a good around town setup. Guessing the 10 will make for a good road trip setup. The fit on these cheap ones is there for sure. They are thin so I had to add a piece of thick tape to thicken it up to allow the squeeze on the fairing to give it pressure.

Removed the worthless air temperature gauge and replaced it with a oil temperature gauge, been wanting to do this for a while and finally did it.

Took the CVO King out for a 216 mile ride along the Hiawassie and Ocoee Rivers, then took 68 across the mountain. Great ride.
