Replaced the stock air shocks with Bitubo 13" shocks from DK Custom Products and went for a 160 mile ride. The new shocks have significantly improved the ride and handling of the bike. They are slightly stiff, but I believe they will a need a little more break-in time before I will think about adjusting them. I'm very happy with the purchase of these shocks.

Cleaned mine up with some Croftgate "Quick-n-Slick". Cleans and waxes at the same time. It made that Vivid Black look like a mirror! I also adjusted the rider backrest. I cant seem to find a good spot, it's like I'm in between adjustment sizes.

You have a keen eye in recognizing the SlipGrip. Yes, it is a radar detector.

Put in about 150 miles today. From Seattle went out to Duval, Carnation and Snoqualmie; trip had some nice 2 lane highways with twisties and such - light traffic throughout. Had some good Mexican food in Carnation. 85 degrees and clear skies - very nice day today.

After I got home put on my Ram mount (courtesy of AMZN Prime Day) for the iPhone.

Stayed on Bacouver Island e nights at Cedar Grove Campground, nice place site right on the river. First day we ran out to Tofino. The road surface was good as far as Port Albeni but the pavement is uneven beyond. Nice winding road but we bottomed a lot and one spot even lifted me off the seat. Pic's are on my camera. We took a float plane tour out of Tofino. Day two was to Victoria to mIle 0 of hwy 1 only to find 3 days later that there is also an end of route 1 sign on the main land at the end of the sunshine coast road. Rode out of Victoria on 14 to 18 again rough roads and few signs, with no cell service to check we were still going the right way. Made it to Squamish going up the Sea to Sky road first night back on the main land.

Funny, that's the advice my grandmother gave me - "marry a woman with small hands; it makes your d*ck look bigger".

Checked fluids, torqued bolts, adjusted tire pressure. Ready to ride when rain stops!

Put the stock mufflers back on. Doesn't sound that bad. Not sure how long they'll be on but you have to change things around once in awhile.

I took a leap of faith today, and purchased a Corbin Dual Tour seat. This is mine, minus the heat.
