This abnormal early summer heat really sucks, doesn't it...? Too hot to even enjoy a late afternoon/evening ride here. At least it's ready to ride for another 5/6K miles now. Take care out there. tp

Cool Jugs

I don't want to sound like a commercial or like I have any stake in anyone else doing what I did but...I put "love jugs" on my bike. I run a 110 SE on a 2015 Limited CVO with a pretty hot map 'tune' so I was running hot. The jugs literally lowered my oil temp by 49 degrees, to a more normal operating state. Black-out stuff is cool, but I am a little older so to me chrome is still happening so that is the way I chose to go; and the jugs look good too. I connected them directly to the aux wiring under the left panel so I have no on/off except the ones on the fans themselves...I don't like that. I am going to install the Harley dash acc. switch so I don't have to shut them down individually and finger up the shine while hunting for the little on-off buttons. I am "totally" happy with these. Note: go with the frame mount rather than the horn mount. Install takes probably 5 times longer, from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours, but the horn mount shakes the crap out of them while the frame mount barely shakes at all. Worth the money and effort for sure.

Tuned (via the Power Vision) the 2015 SGS after 204 CAMs install. Its getting there... Little better performance each time. Mufflers (DNA Megaphones) sound good but might lack a bit in overall performance compared to the likes of Rinehart or V&H. They'll work for now though.

Picked up Shuberth/Sena SC10U blue tooth headset for my Shuberth C3Pro helmet. Only connected to the phone as I need to get the HD Bluetooth headset adapter whim installed. Plan to call the HD dealer on Monday to get that set-up.

I do get that. Heat index is 100* now, and rising, so not perfect. But you are correct about non riders on the road. Most of them really suck. Hope you get out there again soon. tp

Did you tune with Target Tune, or manually changing the settings on the Power Vision?
