What did you do to your bagger today?
Hard to tell from the photos but it looks like he did a pretty good job matching the paint. Hopefully it was worth the wait?
From now on I'll send any paint work to Paul at the Fairing Xchange, everything I've seen from him is really good.
finally got around to swapping out the stock air shocks...for manual adjustable jobs rides a bit higher and stiffer......could get softer I have 2 settings left for softer/less weight....or one setting for even stiffer/more weight. I'm pretty satisfied with the ride....only cost me 5 bucks.
It seems the air shocks had an adapter bolted on the swing arm......that had to get taken off....thank god Harley used the same bolt thread for the shock as they did for bolting the adapter to the swing arm. Now the shocks I put on go right to the swing arm.
turns out what I removed was a lowering kit......doesn't matter to me that I raised the height a bit
took her to breakfast.. time is actually 7:33 as I do not change clock for DST.. was 29° when I pulled out of my garage
I finished up my audio install. I swapped out my 6x9's i previously had with a pair of pioneer 3 ways better suited to what i was trying to accomplish sound wise. And i added a pair of tweeter horns running parallel with the speakers. It sounds great even at speed. But even better at a stand still
