Bought an all stock '08 Ultra Classic. Installed a stage one upgrade: Fuel Moto Jackpot 3 1/2" slash slip ons, Fuel Pak3, and Ness Big Sucker. Did the vent bypass then went for a 100 mile ride. Very happy with the results.

 

Took my front tire (Metzeler) off because after 10k miles it was cupping and replaced it with an American Elite III. Taking wheels off the front is fairly quick & easy..... Putting them back on with only two hands is a challenge.

I put my bike up on the motorcycle jack as high as it will go, then I use an automotive floor jack to jack the tire up to the level of the axle shaft.

 

I ordered a top and bottom brake line kit from Magnum Shielding - Black Pearl. Ordering brake pads next.
