What did you do to your bagger today?
Update on my Stage 2..
I was able to get out and grab a proper handful or five...
Including a short freeway run.
The cams are not a totally amazing improvement like I've read on some threads here..but they are a definite improvement. Butt dyno can feel a lot more TQ in the lower RPM range.
6th gear is a bit more managable..I can float down to 65mph and still have usable power without downshifting or lugging at highway speeds.
The open K&N is annoyingly loud.
I have the clucking cam reversion happening but isn't all that noticeable unless your head us right down near the air intake.
Deceleration is smooth with no popping but the Rush 2 into 1 has a strange note on decel. Almost sounds metallic like something is loose although everything seems to be solid.
I'll be chasing that down this weekend.
All in all it was a worthwhile project, but if your considering a bolt in cam upgrade, all of the members who have been there and done it and say to just go to to a displacement bump and heads are right on th $$$.
Hope this helps someone out considering upgrades.
Cheers,
Fuzzy

vivid black to begin with, and $379 shipped..
still waiting to hear back what they are going to do about the rack.
Leather wrapped hiway bars
pic with the leather wrapped crash bars.
finished the leather wrap for the crash bars. I started with 3-4oz veg tan leather, made the strips, dyed, and finished with spanish ring knots at the transitions...
Doing a colour change from candy root beer to black and replacing the wire wheels with these 2017 Road King new take-offs. I like the wheels but don't love them but at half the price of new I couldn't resist. They may grow on me.
Just need to adjust angle, rides awesome. Bye bye beach bars...
