I got my PCIII from them Fuel Moto and they guy who took my phone called didn't make the connection that I was in WI and would have to pay tax which I assumed he just forgot and didn't care. Within 2 minutes tops I got called back with an apology and a new price with the tax. Didn't expect it wouldn't have cared if he hadn't but it was nice service.
Emailed bout a new map and got a pretty good response. Will definitely do future business with them.

I agree the OP had a legit question and was not complaining.

 

Ordering from them this week. Never anything but top notch service from kieth and jammie. The toughest part is deciding which processor to go with.
