Whoever is answering the phone at Fuel Moto should be asking how they heard of them or if they were referred, if it's a new customer.

 

What did you do to resolve this besides complaining to the forum?

Yeah, why come on a forum with plenty of their customers who made the purchase and ask? Better to just ask your neighbor or call your cousin or something like that.

 

I didn't really hear the OP throwing FM under the bus. Sounded like a basic question to me. Of course, it's more than a little lame to not just ASK the FM people about it...it's a legit question. Certainly not a big deal. Three pages though here...shows the support they have for sure. The OP had like 9 posts, so we can account a little poor etiquette to that I suppose.

I'd sure as hell rather talk about DocHarley Avi too!
