Changing my clutch cable and the retaining ring in the clutch release is a dandy. My retaining ring plyers just slip off. Is there a secret or is the secret just a bigger tool? Thanks - beer break!

Are you talking about the ring that holds the clutch lever pin in place? If so, the holes in ring are too small for the pins on most wrenches. I have a Stanley pic set (wallyworld) that worked for mine. Small pointed tips work well, just don't let that thing get away from you, or it's gone forever!
