Are hertz speakers marine grade? They seem to be more high end, any comments?
What would be the most kick *** for you may not be the most kick *** for others. Everyones ears are different. Best thing man is to listen to as many as you can and pick from there IMHO. I love my rockford fosgates while other people with a similar setup running the same speakers dont.

Problem is I wanted to get them in this winter, around here people have their bikes in hibernation.

Well tell my about your setup. Have you got the bagger nation setup? I was looking at their stuff today, they have a package deal with pretty much everything I need plug and play. Only I'd like to go with 500w rather than their 300.

I was also thinking about mids in the inner fairing.

I'm putting in the Harley lids and speakers. They look great! Then I will install the rokker 4 channel amp. It should be good enough for me.

Harley Boom Audio fairing speakers, bag lids, bag speakers, amp, and I-pod control. It sounds amazing. All plug and play. I like the way the H-D lids look vs the other options. I'm sure there are other options out there that when parked will sound better to a trained ear, but for me, good enough.

I pretty much have all the same parts as the bagger nation kit but bought all the pieces online and saved a ton. I have 2 rockford fosgate PBR300X4 amps, 2 sets of the T1S652 coaxial speakers, and the T1652S Component system. I'm running the 4 coaxials and 2 tweeters in the fairing with the midrange drivers for the component system in my lowers.

Hey JM john, what is the sensitivity spec on your 7.25's?

Another question, will your 500w 4ch amp drive polk audio speakers...

Also want to drive a sub...

Do you have an amp for it?

Good luck bro, I don't know of anyone that has gotten the speaker specs out of them.

Their 500W amp is the arc audio KS125.4 amp with a J&M sticker on it.

zues33 ,,,,,

yes ,, the J&M amplifier will drive the Polk speakers just fine, as with most any other brand of speaker ,,,,, I also responded to your questions via email yesterday & we DO appreciate your business ,,,,

Pc Pain ,,,,,,

the J&M 500w amplifier IS similar to the Arc Audio 500w amp internally, but externally, the J&M amp is smaller dimensionally, making it the only amplifier of it's power rating, that will fit inside the fairing of the Harley bat-wing or roadglide fairing ,,,,,
