Should've done a search on them before i ordered.
What phone # did you call them at. They don't show a contact # for internet orders.

I don't remember the number off hand, your right they don't show an internet number, but if you call, I believe the one on Glenview (but not positive) because they handle the internet orders.

Well, Nevermind, already answered.

Last night I placed an order for 5 different things from Lakeshore Harley, got an e-mail today with a tracking number for 4 out of the 5. This is the first time I've ordered from them so still waiting to see how everything turns out, but you get the discount and they seem to get pretty good reviews on here.

I have up on ordering from Chicago HD. Hand levers were on order forever. Got tired of waiting. Too bad, there service and turn around was really good last year.

I placed an internet order a couple of months back, could have been around dec. Did not hear anything for about 3 weeks, so I called them. They saw where the order had been placed, but could not explain why it had not been shipped. Just a +4 clutch cable. Wow!

I have had several dealings with Chicago HD and even thaw a little slower then others never had a big problem. I will say their prices are not near as good as they use to be.

I do most of my OEM online business with Zanotti which even when they do not have an item in stock normally ships with in 7 days. Only problem I have with Zanotti is there shipping prices are higher then they need to be. They ship mostly UPS which is the most expensive shipping company there is. I do a lot of shipping so I have a good idea about such. I have even talked to John trying to help them bring down their shipping cost but seems they are not interested in doing so. I have had many others mention about there shipping cost.

Try Lake Shore HD (LSHD1) next time, I've been happy with them on the last couple orders, 20% off, free ship over $500.
