hey man, i hope this isn't one of those scams that we all fear. the guy wasn't from nigeria was he? i'm really hoping that it's something that's legitimate rather than a con game. good luck, it'd be way too cool to end up with a great bike like that cobalt cvo.

Am I missing something here? Wouldn't she now be responsible for the payments now? 2011 CVO's don't come cheap...

If I read between the lines she is on the hook for this bike and Dad is going to consider purchasing the bike.


What a shame.........hope it turns around as a positive for you (and her) bigsky.

update: Just looked at the cobalt blue/twilight cvo Ultra on the web, that is one sharp looking scoot!

Hope it all works out for you and your daughter, bigsky. But, typically such fraudulent schemes don't end up in the conned person's favor.
My guess, hope I'm wrong, is that she is on the hook for a hefty note (she did sign the papers) and the (now stolen) scooter is nowhere to be found.
