Depending on how much she is into the bike for and it's condition, someone may help her out of a bad situation if you post the details and try to sell it.
Hopefully they'll catch the jerk-off and make him accountable.
My daughter just got caught up in some identity fraud and the guy skipped that suckered her into co-signing for the bike. Come to find out she's the sole name on the lien.

Just when I thought I had heard it all. This is the craziest story I have ever heard. So this is some guy she met and talked her into cosigning a note. Usually this has to be in person at the dealership and unfortunately a cosigner is just as responsible as the purchaser.
