Many people do not like the stock seats and quickly change to an aftermarket one. Before you spend the dough on a backrest make sure you like the seat first.

Thank you, your probably right. Maybe I should wait since I really haven't had it out for any extended rides yet. So far I like the stock seat though

First upgrade to my RKC when I bought it was the seat. I bought a Mustang Ultra-touring and rode that the first season. I really like it. I just bought the drivers backrest for it and it's adj. but I keep it in the same position all the time. I don't know what it is about the stock seats but it's like sitting on a fence post.....Good luck!

Thanks, I was actually looking at the Mustang adjustable driver backrest. I could keep the backrest even if I do upgrade the factory seat later on down the road.

Still cold here, but things are looking better for next week
