I'm going to use that same concept for my tour pak, as the ONLY time I have it on the bike is either on a trip or when my wifey goes w/ me, and she duzzn't go on trips much any more....so it sits on top of my fridge in the garage.

Made one for myself today before I waxed the bike. Works great. Modified the design slightly to make it a little stiffer.
