I'm considering swapping out my stock headers/mufflers with black ceramic duals or black ceramic 2-1 system. The trouble I'm having is visualizing what it might look like. With a black bike, it looks awesome, but not sure what it would like like with the black pearl paint.

Can anyone share a few pics if you are running a similar set up?

I used Microsoft Paint to alter a picture of my bike to help visualize a black headpipe.

 

I have vivid black paint, but take a look at the link in my sig.

 

IMO, I think it would look great. My only problem is how long it will look great. Just my 2 cents

 

Think it would look good. Have Black Cherry- Black Pearl RK w/ black Rinehart duals & black out motor, love the look. I've had no issues w/ coating on pipes at all. Rineharts are more flat black than some other brands.

 

I have just what your talking about and I love the look. I get alot of compliments. This is the only pic. I have on my computer at the moment.

Just my two cents, I like the look of the chrome accents on the black pearl bike, I have the 06 black pearl sg with some black parts on it and will be changing them out. The black looks a little funny against that greyish color IMO, for whats its worth.

I have an 08 Ultra black pearl I went with the Rush black ceramic headers and chrome Rinehart 4" and love the look. The Rush ceramic hold their color very well. I know because my brother has had them on his Ultra for a few years now and they look the same as the day he put them on.
