After meessing around with mine a little, I found their recommended settings to be best (duh).
Set the filter setting to HIGH
Turn the Frequency and Gain all the way counterclockwise and then back clockwise to the 3 - 4 o'clock position.
Give that a try and see what you think.

With the Dblsht. 5.25" speakers,...definatly put gain at 5 oclock. Put the frequency all the way up.
I hate to tell you guys tho, that Hawg-Wired is cumin out w/a new 200 watt amp and 6.5" speakers. They will b selling this as a pkge. deal like the dblsht. pkge., and they are cumin out w/a 400 watt 4 - channel amp to!!!
6.5" speakers are for sale 'NOW' amp will follow in a week or 2.
