Yes, I am talking about the retaining ring that holds the light outward of the housing then installing the trim ring. On your pic 3 it looks like the bottom is not seated correctly. I can not get mine to seat. If I leave the retaining ring out, the light is loose no matter how tight the trim ring is tightenened. Frustrated.............

I installed the Trucklite headlight and the Kury passing lamps. Great daytime visibility. better than the yellow candle light of stock. I have leds all around now. Pics coming. Trim ring sucks tho. I have the stock ring on the headlight and am looking for a thicker ring to cover the Trucklite better.

Remove the trim ring
Take out the three screws holding the headlight in. Don't mess with the adjuster screws
Take the headlight out and unplug
Install new headlight

Easy as can be for the headlight. Got the Kuryakyns for both my ride and the wife's last Wednesday (shipped through eBAY - apparently Kuryakyn doesn't sell them direct in Canada yet)
Love the look and the brightness. Love the headlight. Only problem now is that the stock driving lights look pretty yellow in comparison, got to buy the driving lights for both bikes. Oh well. On the list.

Has anyone been able to get the Kuryakan passing lamps to fit properly. I am having the same issue stated earlier. With the inner ring to thick and with without to thin. Just wondering what the rest of you have done to fix this. Guess I am looking for ideas. Thanks
