catalytic converter
so me n my uncle got a set of the wild pig exhaust today he put his on his 04 road king and mine on a 2011 street glide and what a diff his sounds amazing and mine souns a lil better then stock ugh,, so im guessing its bc of the catalytic converter besides going true dual how else can i remove it,,?? drill it out?? if i was to drill it out would i need a power commander or just i computer mapping???

It really can't be drilled out, You have to cut the chamber in half where the Cat is I used a band saw, then you can drill all around the outside and take a sawz all and run around the drill holes to remove. then take a chisel and scrape the epoxy out of the chamber. then I took a wire wheel in a drill and cleaned the rest out. Tig weld it back together and your done.

Much cheaper to remove the CAT out of the head pipe than buy a whole new head pipe. Plus there is very little performance advantage if any by going to an aftermarket head pipe. The Harley 2 into 1 into 2 is a very good design, the CAT just kills it. I will be removing mine soon before summer gets here.
