I thought the A/F to be a little lean for an air cooled engine, the engine would be a little happier and run cooler at 13:1-13.4:1. You may also be able to advance the time by a degree or so with more fuel, this will usually increase the tq/hp, but not always. The motor will produce more power at the leaner condition of 14:1, if nothing else is changed in the parameters, but again you can make some other changes, add a little more fuel, and then usually come out with higher numbers and a cooler running engine, and safer from detonation.

the 255 is a great cam if you chug a long at 2-4k after that it drops off the face of the earth... so pretty much after second gear its as slow as stock(at wot). I know I have this cam and i hate it...

Didn't notice that 'til you mentioned it. Should be 13:1 at WOT, 13.2 at the leanest, and his AFRs are not very consistent across-the-board.

I agree. With my setup I make 104 ft lbs of TQ at 3526 rpm. 4th gear in this rpm range pulls really good for a 96".

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but the guy does not have a clue about tuning a bike. 1 1/2 hrs is not near enough time. 6 runs in 34 mins? Should be doing all 24 throttle positions in 24 minutes if conventionally tuning. The fuel lines show that. The video, well that's hurtfull to watch. The fuel line should go from approximately 13.3+/- and drop to 13+/- by the end of the run. I apologize for the flame but this is the stuff that gives tuners a bad name.

You know I dont know what gear he was in at that time. I know that is not the full video that was well into the tune.

As far as the tune goes, I know I have been flamed a bit on here, but overall my experience does not change, and I feel that my bike runs very well after the tune. I am going to wait a while and break the bike in a little more and then I may have it re-tuned and possibly add a dave makie cam into the mix.

Anyway, Again I feel Drew did a great job still, because regardless of what the dyno sheet says, the bike is running great with power in all 6 gears. Yes I wish my HP was more but dont we all.... My torque numbers I think are reasonably good.

Anyway, I appreciate all the honest comments too. So no disrespect taken on my end biker brothers.
