Suggestions please on lower fork finish

I haven't tried it on the lower forks but if I do polish mine I will be putting it on them. I just did my rear rim over the weekend and it turned out real well and should protect it for awhile and keep the maintenance down. I posted a thread about it here:

it went on easy and once it was dried you can't even tell it is on there. It's called Everbrite Protecta Clear coat. I polished the lowers on my old bike but didn't know about this product at the time.

Got chrome lowers on mine, but if I ever go to polished, I'm going to try this stuff. I use it on my T-Tops on my boats. They sit in lifts over saltwater at least 10 months out of the year. Still look good after more than a year.
