What a stand up company hands down......
I had an issuse with a speaker in my MPAK 5 KIT. had a slight buzz in speaker. I called tech support the next AM and they said they would ship a replacement out right away no charge no question just wanted to make sure I was happy.... Now thats what customer service is all about...

I asked if they wanted the old speaker back they said "NO dont want you to incure any cost to return it. If its bad its bad, not like your going to put it on Ebay to sell"

PS. my system Rocks out.
MPAK 5 in front and Cycle sounds bagger lids in rear.

Arc is a standup company. I have known Arc Audio's president since the early 90's, his name is Demetrios Karabinis... He's an old school motorhead that got in to car audio during it's infancy. His '73 Grand Torino, Black Widow, was the first car to crack 150DB.. Back then he ran Zapco amps and Cerwin Vega subs... He's come a long way and it's great to see that he has done well for himself.

Too bad I didn't get to know him a little bit better, I could certainly influence the motorcycle audio and push him to deliver a little better set of component speakers thant hey currently offer

 

i would second arc audio had problem with amp!got with wayne aka(firecap501) and arc sent replacement amp before i shipped old one back no questions ask!! between arc and wayne no better customer service then them other companys should take notes for them !!
