Default Those of you with pre '09 Stock Headers...

I am converting back to stock headers from true duals and I need to know how they are mounted. Could you please take a look at your header mounting points and describe where the brackets are that hold them on. Also, the flange mounts where they mount to the jugs, what do they look like? I just bought some stock headers and I need to figure out what hardware I need.

Pics would be great if anyone has any.

Thanks so much in advance.

By pre 09 do you mean newer than 07?

Well, I have an '07 Road Glide, I'm not sure of all the differences in the 2000s but I would say it would all be pretty much the same before '09 but I could be wrong.

I am tired of the true duals and want to get the better torque curve of a 2 into 1 (stock headpipe crossover), but I don't want the look of a 2 into 1 so am going to go with stock headers and Fuel Moto Jackpot slip ons for their non-obnoxious sound.

I did the exact thing last spring for the same reason and am glad I did. One thing I added, I had the head pipes ceramic coated. It made a noticeable difference in the heat radiated.
