I don't think that's a factory paint scheme.

Colors look familiar but the paint scheme on the gas tank doesn't.

At first I thought it might be a Heritage tank, but I googled one, and I was wrong. I don't recognize the graphic on that tank.

Thanks for the replies. I found the HD web page with the "new" 2009's and the paint scheme is not shown. I am thinking there must be a reason for the custom paint on a scooter that is less than two years old?

Here is the ebay link, the VIN is in one of the pictures if anyone can tell me how to check it against the paint. The mileage seems high for a 2009 but the scooter looks great in person. Trying to decide if I should take it for a test drive. It is at a local dealer and is also for sale outright.

Doesn't look stock, but nothing wrong with a different paint job, a lot of people change their paint scheme. How many miles does the bike have? If you take it for a test ride and all is okand the dealer is willing to offer you some kind of warranty, may be ok, be patient and do your home work.

Nope, the tank's paint isn't the way it came from the factory... but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Paint is just paint. Here is a friend's '09... and I know she didn't change the tank.

Does the bike have the extended Harley warranty, where it can be transferred into you name? With than many miles already on it, I highly recommend an extended warranty.
