If it's with your hands off the bars it's suppose to have it.

Do a search on the topic and you'll find tons of information on it. Seems most are corrected through tire replacements and/or head bearing adjustments.

Got lots of responses for the same problems. after further checking the tire pressure was low. Last time I use the gas station air pressure gauge. Front was almost 10lbs off rear was 5lbs off. Still gonna have the steering head checked once the fresh snow we're gonna be getting in NY is gone grrrrrrrrrrr

You didn't say how many miles you have on your bike but check the front tire if you still have the 407 tire . Many folks here have had cupping issues with the front tire . My dealer replaced mine at about 7k because of a slight shimmy in the bars ,more pronounced leaning into a turn . HD prorates the replacement cost by the tread depth left on the tire .
Doing a search of the forum will get you the dealer alert HD sent out last year . This wasn't a recall but a notification to the dealers .

had that issue on a different brand bike and it turned out to be the front tire. It only had 9k on it, but the tire did not hold up. Good luck.
