I installed the Chrome Front Fork Air Baffle and IMO it works great

Dont you guys have the wind deflectors on your fairings? Are the ones you want on your forks for mostly rain?

Those be it.....Send the guy a message through e-bay and ask if he's making any more black ones. Or get the unfinished ones which he sells and have them powder coated.

I just got the chrome fork deflectors, was a little skeptical about their working, but they work absolutely great! Thanks for the suggestions.

It seems like from reading this and other threads that in order to get a "smooth" flow of air with no turbulence on a SG, you have to install freedom wings, fork baffle, hard lowers, taller recurve screen, fork mounted deflectors... etc etc. By the time you are finished there is a wall between you and the road.

I don't like this "solution" and will probably buy a RK instead with no windshield and ride in the wind as a motorcycle was intended. Then if I really get the urge I can put a windshield on and have the best of both worlds. I have personally experienced the wind buffeting of the SG even with some of these accessories already on the bike.... didn't like it at all.
