PCIII RPM & Idle Issue

PCIII RPM & Idle Issue
I did a search but couldn't find this question.
I have installed the PCIII and Big Sucker. Everything runs great, had it Dyno'd for about 30 runs yesterday. Perfect Air to Fuel ration, 68HP. The issue that's killing me and my Dyno Tech is that after about 20 minutes the bike will not run below 2000RPM's. If you shut off the bike and restart it, it will run fine for another 20 minutes or so until it starts doing it again. Has anyone seen this? I'm planning on calling Jamie tomorrow and seeing if we're just missing something. I'm very confident of my Dyno Tech guy and he worked all day on it to make it perfect. If we could just solve the RPM issue it'd be perfect.
Thoughts??

RE: PCIII RPM & Idle Issue
What model bike is it? Take the PCIII out of line & reinstall the factory ecm connectors-run bike & see if problems still ocuur???? I had a bad pcIII once...Ive installed SEVERAL of them. Sometimes parts are bad?! Did it do it this prior to install of PCIII? Did it just start or have you had the pcIII on for awhile? Have a good day.
