Always liked the idea of auxiliary lights but not how they took away the sleek look of the street glide. I recently added the lighted windshield trim that doubles as turn signals.

That made think if anyone who has alternative front turn signals changed there stock fork mounted turn signals to auxiliary lights and if they did, what kind of bulbs did you use and how did you wire them?

 

Custom Dynamics carries MoonShinze (sp?) which are extra bright led inserts that fit in your bullet turnsignals & are designed to act as auxilliary lights, but they still blink also. I just added them & they do make the front more visible.
