Default RoadGlide Radio Help!

My 2009 Road Glide came with a Pioneer DVD player but it died Saturday. It was not waterproof anyway so that's fine. The only problem is there was a remote wire 1/8DIN plug that allowed me to control the volume and station from the handle bar controls. I want to make sure I go back with a radio that has the same feature. I cannot talk myself into paying the price for a Harley radio, does anyone have any suggestions for other waterproof radios that have the hard wire remote control at decent prices? Thanks for any help!

Default Biketronics

Try Biketronics. They have 2 marine grade Sonys and they sell a plug and play kit that allows the use of the stock handlebar controls.

Thereis no other radio out there better than stock, as far as water is concern, on ROADGLIDE even what they called. Marine grade .marine radio is only spash proof. all off them. I ride in the rain ,I park my bike in the rain, cause this is the only ride I got . When I was living in whashington .but if still wanna use aftermarket ones .plastic bag and Velcro .you make that to cover your radio. Good luck

Okay, I'll bite...why does anybody need a DVD player on a motorcycle? The antics of crazy cage drivers not exciting enough?
