Has anyone used the new hd 3 pouch fairing bag? Looking at options for my 07 SG .

 

I had one and the sold it to a friend.The middle pouch is little bigger than the old three pouch one.The one thing I don't like is the left one is a pop off,so anyone can pop it right off and walk off with the damn thing.I have tried the Tbag,the new Kuryakyn,the old and the new HD one.I ended up going back to the old Hd one.With the velcro closure,size,and fitment.It was hard to beat the old HD one.It might not look the best,but it fit my needs.

Well I ended up going with the new HD 3 pouch bags. At first I didn't like it at all. It covers the whole windshield and I felt like I couldn't see as well. I left it on and went on a few rides and now it doesn't bother me at all. Now I like it. The center bag is big enough to put my phone and wallet in and I can plug my phone into the radio to listen to music or pandora off of my phone.

 

I bought one of these last week. Like the way it fits the contours of the fairing. As far as the left pouch being removable, it's no big deal. Don't keep anything valuable in there and who would want just the pouch? The left pouch can be taken off to accommodate a fairing mounted GPS but what I can't figure out is why the right pouch is fixed at the top but has a snap at the bottom. Why isn't it fixed like the centre one? Must be a reason but nothing in the documentation that came with it.

 

Just bought and installed this. The install was simple, but am curious how much view it blocks... we'll see a little later when I get out for a ride.

 

I went with the T-Bags 3 pouch, got it off e-bay for like 59 bucks and recieved it in like 28 hrs I swear. Fits great! The only thing I don't really care for is the HUGE T-BAGS logo in the middle pouch but I got over it... It's like anything else, buy the one you like best....

 

Put a harley badge on, to cover the logo

 

Why would one of the bags pop off? That makes no sense to me. Nobody is going to carry it around like a purse.

 

Lot of "Chix" riding these days...

Maybe it's for my .38?
