The headphone symbol means you have it muted.
One of the switches on your switch housing where your ignition switch is located has been flipped.
Go flip it back.

I believe the speaker toggle is a 3 position switch.
Make sure you tried all 3 positions.

Do you have the manual for your radio?

Headphone symbol should be a sign that the radio speakers have been muted and the headphone jack activated. Not knowing this particular radio I'd say there's a switch or menu on the radio to put it back in speaker mode.

Check the radio's manual for the correct answer.

update , well finally got nice enough to ride so I called the dealer to see if they could get my bike in if I brought it up [ have already talked to them about the problem ] and they told me they could so I took off fo the 30 mile trip , radio onall the way but no sound , got to the dealer they weeled it in the back and you can guess what happened next , turned the switch on and radio worked fine ,they did reboot it while I was there, so they wrote it up , no charge , and off I went , and the fun now starts , half way home the sound starts going on and off ,the display goesfrom speaker to mute and by the time I get home no sound , so we will have to keep playing the game till they can diagnose it , which I do understand cause I deal with new equipment and the warrenty process can be a bit...., will update on the fix

I've been having the same problem. I had the 3-way switch replaced under warranty. That corrected the problem.

When it stopped working, I could flip the speaker switch back and forth a few times and it would work for a while.
