Default O2 sensors

Does a thundermax with out autotune use the stock o2 sensors. I am planning to get the bike dyne tuned. The bike is a 2010 fltrx with a fat cat and a se hi flow air cleaner.

No it uses 18mm O2 sensors. In 2010 they changed to 12mm. Your pipe probably has the bungs for the 18mm sensors also, they should be a few inches from the head.
