No, it isn't available from HD.

So we have three wires, one of which is a ground. Makes sense.

Do you know what the other two do? There is a wire being left out here, just trying to wrap my head around it.

Is there a charge circuit?

I was reading on another post, older bike where a guy hooked up a siren and it would chirp when the bike was moved but it wouldn't go into full alarm when the alarm was actually set off.

I have switched them around with no luck and even followed the directions to change the chirp/chirp less mode with no luck. I tested the siren on a 9 v

olt and it works.

I used the pins, are you pushing the pins into the back of the connecter on the bike?

did this turn out to be correct for 14 and later bikes ?

hardheaded,

For the Rushmore bikes, the R/O wire is for power, BK wire is for ground and the W/GN wire is for the siren.

why remove the main fuse ? can't you just plug it in ? i would think if the fob is present the alarm will not sound.

i did this today, was very easy and seems to work good. i just heat shrinked the wires and stuck the tinned ends in and reinstalled the plug. the wires seem to be in there very tight, so i'm not going to fret over it anymore. good tip !
