Default BOOM! Audio tank pouch and DroidX

Picked up one of the BOOM! Audio tank pouches today to use with the ipod but found out my DroidX fits it perfectly also. Would have to poke another hole in the top for the audio cable but would work fine. Just wanted to let you guys know.

I'd worry about it scratching the tank. Any issues with that??

I just purchased one of these for my phone and was worried about scratches too. The fabric on the back side facing the tank is soft with the magnets inside. About the only way to scratch the tank with it is if you slide it while taking it off or changing the position. Was happy to find that one can still use the touch screen/slide features of the phone through the clear plastic window.

used my BOOM tank pouch all last summer and it left no scratches at all. Only thing i found was with the iPod there is no changing music on the run haha. Only at lights if your quick enough to know what your doing. Otherwise love the pouch.

It's flash memory, not a hard drive. So the magnets don't interfere. The warning on the packaging even states not to use hard drive type electronics in it.

I just picked up one of these pouches on Sunday. Works with my ipod nano just fine.

I use one with my Samsung Fascinate. I used a hole punch to make a hole on the other side since my aux jack is opposite of the iPod's. Works very well, and I can turn it sideways if I need to use Navigation. No scratches and holds to the tank well.

Works great for me... Had to make a mod because the volume button on my Windows 7 phone is on the side and the tightness of the pouch would turn it down. Just trimmed it out and everything is fine.

As far as scratching the tank, I have used it since it came out and no issue scratching. What i will say is look at your aux cable because it can rub your tank if you use the wrong kind and it flops around. That buffs out without issue though.
