Default Saddlebag lock tab check

Someone posted this awhile back and i just got around to checking them yesterday. On the back of your saddlebag lock there is a little locking lever held on with a nut,if the nut falls off it is history and i think you have to purchase the whole lock assembly they said. Mine were ready to fall of on my 2010 . Took them off and put a dab of loctite and tightened up good. you can see them real good if you undo the two screws holding the nylon strap to the lid. Just thought i would give a heads up on this little annoying problem.

I will add to that to check your odometer button screw. Just grab the rubber boot and tighten it. I have lost one on my old 06, and my 11 with 200 miles on it was loose too.
