what's the runout on the wheel itself? there might be something wrong with how it's made. it could also like others have mentioned, the tire. get it fixed before it gets you in trouble, i.e. hurt.

well I tell ya I got bad news today, I got a return email from AVON tires. They told me that they dont reccomend thier 21in tire on a bagger! WTF? They further stated that by putting this tire on a bagger it exceeds the load limit on the tire.... now what to do?

my mechanic said the wheel was out 50000ths side to side. Which he said was a little high for a mag but not unacceptable compared to a spoke. 20000ths up and down. Awaiting 8am this morning to give eastern performance a call. I've suspected wheel and tire but these are supposed to be the experts.

I had this happen on a heritage - turned out to be the tire! Get a new back tire and go from there

Update.
got my wheel back from Eastern Performance the other day. They threw on some terrible looking weights and replaced the Avon tire with a Metzler. Definitly made a huge difference. There is no woble anymore. I asked what kind if compensation they were going to offer me after all this. I was really thinking they might split some of the 9hrs. Labor and reimburse me for the HD lowering kit they told me to purchase and install due to their faulty tire. Instead of offering me even a discount, these guys have the nerve to offer me a rear wheel and tire package for over $1100. Which is actually more than $100 over my original quote back when I ordered the front. What a joke.

Man, I'm sorry for your experience. Hope that solves it for good. I've had a metzler on mine with dyna beads. It has been very smooth. I really recommend Coastal Moto.

To be honest, all the guys I spoke with were all extremely nice and acted concerned with my issue. However, I guess I expected at least a discount on my next "overpriced" order. I suggested changing the tire right from the jump but because they told me it was other items I'm out an additional 9hrs @ $45 per, and a $150 lowering kit. Not to mention, now my aftermarket windshield sucks because the fairing is now lower.
